Hanging On To Hope: A new beginning

For 21 years, I struggled with drug addiction, jail, prison, abusive relationships and homelessness. I lost everything, including my children. But I found hope, and now I'm clean and in recovery. I work a full-time job and I live in my own home with my children. I created Hanging On To Hope alongside my best friend, Trish, to help women coming out of similar situations find their path to recovery and a new life. Join us in supporting these journeys of transformation.

Who we help

We provide essential support and resources for women ready to rebuild their lives. Our focus is on empowering those who have faced significant challenges to achieve lasting recovery and independence.

Coming out of jail & prison

We assist women transitioning from incarceration, rehab, domestic violence situations and homelessness by providing resources, guidance, and a supportive community to help them reintegrate into society.

Recovering from rehab

For those completing rehabilitation, we offer continued support to maintain sobriety and build a stable, fulfilling life beyond addiction.

Leaving domestic violence

We provide safe pathways and resources for women escaping abusive situations, helping them find security and rebuild their confidence.

Overcoming homelessness

Our programs support women transitioning from homelessness, helping them secure housing and establish a foundation for a new beginning.

"Hanging On To Hope gave me the courage and tools to start fresh. I'm now a year clean, have my kids back, and a place to call home. This organization changes lives."
